46 years old and stepping boldly into what feels like a brand-new chapter—one shaped by experience, but still very much a work in progress.
With age has come a surprising and powerful gift: perspective. I’m looking back with gratitude, forward with intention, and doing my best to stay grounded in the beauty of right now. This blog is part diary, part legacy-in-the-making — a place where I capture memories, refine my identity, and reflect on the little things that shape a life.

I’m married to my husband of 16 years, Mike. Together we have a blended family: his son Griffin (29), my daughter Taylor (24), and our youngest, Zuzu (9). Watching the older kids grow up and build lives of their own has taught us just how quickly time moves. Their journeys have deepened my appreciation for the season I’m in now.
Professionally, I’ve built a career in marketing and communications, with a focus on branding and strategic messaging. I currently work full-time in the AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction) industry, where I help teams communicate their value through proposals and digital content. It’s fast-paced work that pushes me to stay sharp and creative.

I love running our home with intention, care, and as much simplicity as possible. After 24 years of motherhood, I’ve learned what really matters—and I’ve gotten pretty good at letting go of the rest. I find joy in the everyday rhythms: cooking and baking for my family, soaking up a warm summer day, eating dinner outside, and walking the neighborhood with our sweet dog, Sunny. It’s the simple things that fill me up the most.
I’m sure there’s more to know about me—but the truth is, I’m still figuring some of that out myself. I hope this blog helps me shape and share those parts as they come into focus.
